WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are mailed through USPS within 2-7 days after receiving payment. A notification will be sent once order is shipped. U.S. orders will arrive in 2-3 days after item has been shipped. International orders will arrive in 6-10 days if shipping with International Priority mail or 1-3 weeks if shipping with International First Class mail. If order somehow becomes lost in transit please notify me as all U.S. orders include a tracking number, International Priority mail orders are insured, and I cannot be held responsible for lost packages when shipping International First Class mail. I will pack everything carefully and look over the shipping address numerous times to make sure it gets sent to the proper destination, once package has been shipped it's up to USPS to deliver the goods.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL AND INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS?
International Priority mail is more costly but your package is insured in case of damage inflicted by the outside world or a lost shipment. International First Class mail (Economy in Paypal option) is more affordable but USPS does not allow tracking or insurance options with this method of shipping.
WILL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES?
International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. I have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Thatskeen.com.
